We need to make the 3d room, so we need to ask the permission to do the survey. We go to the hotel and ask for the room when is available. While we wait for the permission, we get the brochure and look in through it.
According to these 2 brochures, the design and the information is too simple and plain. There are some aspect that lack from these 2 brochures:
1. Design Aspect
The design is too plain. The use of typography is not represent the hotel concept. Layout doesn’t look interesting, with only one picture to represent the hotel ( First brochure) and the second one didn’t use colour at all, or just photocopy.
2. Content
The content inside these 2 brochure is not really clear. For the student, its only show 1 picture and the information is quite confused. For the guest, there’s only a table to show the room rates, and it’s very hard to sell to the customer, guest cannot imagine the room, and become confused.
In this current situation, in the sales view, guest may not interest to stay at Ruemz hotel because they cannot really imagine the room and also the information for the room, since the brochure is only photocopy. The customer think, the quality of the hotel is quite low.
For the website part, there are few issues for the customer :
1. Customer will not sure whether the room gonna be comfortable or not, especially for the room size and the facilities inside the room.
2. There are few errors in the Ruemz Hotel website, when we click to the room photo, the other picture appears.
3. The photo can be manipulated, which means the photo inside the website is a camera trick to make the room look more bigger than actual size.
